The Fritz Wunderlich Association

The Fritz Wunderlich Association was founded in 1986 and cultivates the heritage of Fritz Wunderlich. They not only expanded the collection of the local museum, but also published several books, CDs and other media, organized concerts and held lectures.

The Fritz Wunderlich Association can offer fans, researchers and music enthusiats information about the life and work of the lyric tenor. Even before this association was founded, there were always a great many people who were dedicated to keep the memory of Fritz Wunderlich alive. But the foundation of such a company, initiated by former mayor Jochen Hartloff, made it possible to offer a platform for all the various activities.
